Why should I use Supertemp/Peapell & Associates?

Because we pride ourselves on the quality of the candidates we send your way. We take the time to ask the right questions, conduct in-depth interviews with two separate staffing consultants, and perform testing and background checks – all so you get skilled and reliable employees you can count on.

What kind of positions do you fill?

Supertemp fills temporary positions, primarily in the field of administration. These include receptionists, secretaries, office clerks, office managers, legal secretaries, medical secretaries, administrative assistants, and executive assistants.

Through our associated division, Peapell & Associates, we also recruit for permanent and executive level positions in a variety of fields, including sales and marketing, finance, accounting, administration, and management.

How much will your services cost my company?

The cost for temporary employees will vary based on several factors including the types of skills you require, level of experience needed, account volume and lead-time for our staffing managers.

How long will it take to place an employee in our company?

For temporary positions, we can usually guarantee a turnaround time of one day from the time of request. Frequently, we take calls at 8a.m. and supply personnel by 9:30a.m.

Does Supertemp/Peapell & Associates check references?

Of course! We conduct reference checks with the candidate’s previous employers, obtaining information on the candidate’s skills, attitude, reliability, punctuality, attendance, and reason for leaving. We conduct a minimum of three reference checks verbally, via e-mail, fax, and/or mail.

What if I am not satisfied with an employee you send me?

We realize that not every job is a fit for every person and sometimes that is not clear until the person is working. If you are not satisfied with a temporary employee, please notify us within four hours, and we will replace that person immediately. In addition, through our temp-to-perm staffing program, you will have an opportunity to evaluate an employee in the work setting so you can best determine if they will be someone you want to hire. Temp-to-perm employees would remain on Supertemp’s payroll for a 12-week (60 working day) period, and then would be transferred onto your payroll permanently.
